This section describes the structure of the X5 Wire Feeder HD200 Manual, AP and APC.

Keep the wire feeder covers closed during welding to reduce the risk of injury or an electric shock. Keep the covers closed also at other times to keep the inside of the wire feeder clean. |

A separate model version with a built-in rotameter for gas is also available. In that case, the gas flow regulator valve is replaced with the rotameter adjustment knob and scale. |

* With the X3 HD200 wire feeder, the coolant hoses are connected to the continuation hoses that are guided to the front.

Wire feeder fixing accessories
X5 Wire Feeder HD200 can be equipped with wire feeder protection sliders for additional protection and installation options. When the protection sliders are used, X5 Wire Feeder HD200 can also be installed on top of the X5 power sources using the same optional fixing accessory sets than with the X5 Wire Feeder 300. With the protection sliders, connecting directly to the wire feeder cart and 2-wheel trolley is also possible.
