Installing wire feeder with fixed plate (X3 WF HD200)

This section describes the installation of X3 HD200 wire feeder on top of the power source with the fixed mounting plate.

The X3 HD200 wire feeder can be installed on top of the power source using the fixed wire feeder mounting plate with additional protection sliders. This method is not applicable with X3 HD300 wire feeder.

Tools needed:

1.

Install the fixed wire feeder mounting plate assembly on the power source, the locking mechanism on the rear.

Install the protection sliders to the wire feeder.

Lift the wire feeder on top of the fixed mounting plate, slightly to the front. Ensure that the mounting interface aligns properly and push the wire feeder backward, into the locking mechanism. The front fixing tabs on the protection sliders must go under the mounting plate front edges.
