Installing label printer driver
This is an optional ArcValidator feature for printing a verification approval label. The supported label printer models are Kroko Pro 3600R and PearLabel 360 (a.k.a. Kroko 36C).

If the previous version of the ArcValidator label printer has been used with the computer, the old version of the printer driver software must be removed before installing the new version. |

Do not attempt to connect the label printer USB cable until instructed to do so. |
Printer driver
Follow the instructions below to install the necessary printer drivers for the label printer on your computer:
| 1. | Download the driver installation package (zip) here: https://apps.kemppi.com/pc/arcv/assets/krokodriver.zip. |
| 2. | Extract the zip file contents into their own folder. |
| 3. | Open the folder where the files were extracted. |
| 4. | Run setup.exe with administrative privileges (run as administrator). |
| 5. | Follow the installation wizard: |
>> Select your language (English / Finnish)
>> Select the "Install driver only" option
>> Read and confirm the license terms and conditions
>> Select the correct printer model: Kroko Pro 3600R or PearLabel 360 (Kroko 36C)
>> Select the USB connection option
>> Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer USB cable and power cord.

Kroko 36C will be automatically powered on once both, the USB cable and the power cord, are connected properly. |
Once the installation wizard is complete, close the wizard by clicking Finish.
Printer settings
Follow the instructions below to set up the correct paper for printing:
| 1. | Go to the Windows printers and scanners device settings. |
| 2. | Select your Kroko printer and continue to the printer's printing preferences. |
>> Manage > Printing preferences
| 3. | In paper settings, select "36mm(1-1/2") tape". |
| 4. | Confirm the settings by clicking OK. |
